ICT Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of technical solutions, aligned with business objectives
• Contribute to a constant operational efficiency
• Manage and deliver key technical projects (application upgrades, new technology rollouts and system integrations)
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring secure, stable and high performing systems
• Act as a technical Project manager
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all project milestones are achieved on time and aligned with business goals
• Work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and provide ad hoc solutions
• Contribute to the company’s IT strategy (continuous information and training)
• Support digital transformation initiatives

Your Profile

• Strong education background in ICT, Computer Science or related field
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Solid experience in IT solutions design, implementation, and support, including project leadership and vendor management
• Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ITIL service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL v4) are a plus
• Technical expertise: Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Identity Management systems
• Ability to design and deliver functional technical solutions
• Strong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing secure application environments, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and minimizing security vulnerabilities
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal operational impact
• Adaptability to new technologies and changing business requirements, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage external vendors
• Experience leading and coordinating technology implementations, managing multiple projects simultaneously ranging from small departmental projects to larger initiatives
• Leadership qualities
• Excellent communication skills, within technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies
